Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

What Zoku is

Zoku is a project management tool designed for solo developers. It provides a web dashboard and an MCP server so AI agents can read and execute your tasks. These terms govern your use of the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. One person, one account.

Your data

Your projects, cards, notes, and any content you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time by deleting your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zoku to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the service for other users. Don't attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

Zoku is provided as-is. We aim to keep the service running and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
